Steve approaches real estate much like a music producer. The foundation of his real estate career was inspired by his days fronting several rock bands throughout Brooklyn and NYC. This experience allowed him to collaborate with different personalities, effectively working towards the goal of making a hit song. In this way, Steve is consistently orchestrating the process of each sale or purchase in a creative and cohesive way.
