Steve was an absolute HERO during our sale purchase. We needed a very quick sale as I was 8months pregnant and we’d just bought a new place. Steve not only got is an offer on record time but he went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth, seamless and easy. I feel like he genuinely had our back throughout the whole process - he saved us money in so many areas, he pushed back on the buyers when needed to ensue we were always in the best position, he even came to the apt himself to check out fixes/ repairs needed at our place to close - and then organized his reliable handyman to do the work. I literally can not sing Steve’s praises enough....

Steve Schaefer is a top-notch Real Estate Broker. I cannot speak highly enough of Steve's level of professionalism, character, and judgment. My wife and I secured a beautiful home in Brooklyn, NY, thanks to Steve’s market-savvy disposition, can-do attitude, and the thoughtful team of professionals he assembled to get us across the finish line. He is a committed professional, dedicated to excellence and client service, and would never let a client down.

We worked with Steve on the purchase of our first condo. Steve was very responsive and professional. He was patient with our questions as first-time home buyers and really helped shepherd us along the process of home buying. He is knowledgeable and was able to provide insight and additional details on the amenities of the condo. Would recommend.

Steve went above and beyond to make sure we landed the home that we loved. He helpfully explained and led us through the home buying process as it was all new to us. He was always available to answer our many questions and kept us updated as the process moved along. We worked with a lender and lawyer that Steve recommended, he even helped with finding an inspector. They worked great together, communicating quickly with each other, making sure things worked out the best way possible. On top of being an experienced professional Realtor®, Steve is really nice and very easy to get along with, he took a lot of the stress out of the home buying process. W...
